The core of this build relies on an abnormal interaction between Inner Sight, a specific Charm Set, and Imbuement skills:

Key Charm Set: Equip the Spellbound Steel Charm Set and activate its full 5-piece set bonus.

Infinite Stacking Bug: When combining the 5-piece set bonus with Inner Sight and Imbuements, continuously channeling Dance of Knives causes Imbuement applications to bug out and re-apply repeatedly. As long as you keep spinning, your damage will infinitely ramp up until it hits infinite damage.
